The Year of the Tiger occurs once every 12 years according to the Chinese Lunisolar Calendar.
To welcome in the new year, Sydney City has been filled with an eye catching array of visual displays for passersby to enjoy. The streets have been filled with vibrant colours, food, music, dancing and markets.

The tiger represents bravery, ambition, strength and courage. In light of the global impact of the coronavirus pandemic, the message of the tiger is a great reminder for us all to press forward as best we can with courage through a time of great challenge.
